- Real estate and property development - owns about 80 % of a commercial and office building in central downtown Tel Aviv of about 9,000 m˛ comprises of offices ,commercial floors , warehouses and parking facilities , all are rented out under long term rental contracts to first class clients (Bank Ha’poalim , Mortgage Bank , Avis Israel , Computer company and others).
